FAQ
Why can a transfer fail?
The transfer won’t go through if your card is not Visa, Mastercard or MIR or if your account currency is not RUB.
When can a transfer be unavailable?
- if your personal details are outdated or not eligible for the transfer (e.g., passport details from a country you are not a citizen of)
- if the recipient’s details (phone number, name, account, etc.) are incorrect or outdated
What should I do if the transfer failed due to a technical issue?
In this case, please check with with support when the service will resume (contacts are listed below). We’ll do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Are there limits for transfer methods?
Yes. Some services and transfer systems set limits per transfer - from RUB100 up to RUB1,000,000. Each transfer method has its own minimum and maximum amount. If the transfer amount is below the minimum or above the maximum, the transaction won’t be processed. In that case, you can choose another method, and the service will suggest adjusting the amount to fit the limit.

When will inquiries sent during the weekend be processed?
Please note that all inquiries sent by e-mail info@multitransfer.ru or in Telegram: @assist_multitransfer_bot on Saturday and Sunday, will be processed on the first business day of the week.
How do I send and receive a cash transfer?
For the sender:
- Enter the recipient's details correctly. The recipient's last name, first name, and patronymic (if any) must match their passport exactly. Any discrepancy may prevent the transfer from being collected
- Save the transfer details. They contain all information about the transaction, including the Money Transfer Control Number required to collect cash
- We recommend sharing all transfer information with the recipient, as some pickup locations may request additional details
For the recipient:
- To collect a transfer, visit a service location with your passport
- Provide the agent with the Money Transfer Control Number and your passport details
- Be ready to confirm other transfer details if requested by the staff at the pickup location
Important!
- The Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) is the key to receiving the funds
- Do not share transfer details or the MTCN with third parties. Exceptions include an official pickup location agent (to collect the transfer) or our support operator (to check the transfer status or details)
- Only the recipient whose details were provided when sending can collect the transfer
